We work with
early stage start-up companies in the areas
of the product development and planning; business
development, sales and strategic partnerships;
corporate development, financial management,
modeling and fundraising; and recruiting and
completing management teams and boards of
directors.
We can work as consultants, interim management team
members or in
mentor roles. Our compensation depends on
the opportunity and the level of effort and
can be one or a combination of day rate
consulting, MBO-type bonuses and/or equity.
At the end of the day, our compensation
target is to receive a portion of the extra
value that we add to the enterprise while improving the chances of a successful outcome
for the founders and the other shareholders. |
