At fnSys we grow technology businesses.  We see ourselves as a greenhouse for great ideas and passionate people.  As serial entrepreneurs we set up fnSys to provide a structure to explore new concepts and business models.  As we work through ideas, fnSys becomes the foundation from which we launch new companies. 

This approach works equally well in helping other developing technology companies.  We focus on the three areas critical for success when working with companies: product management; product development, and business development.  Focusing on these key leverage points in a business allow decision makers to quickly grasp the fundamental issues of their business:

Who are we providing our product or service to and why do they need it?

What are we going to build, how are we going to build it, when do we need it and how much will it cost?

What are the potential revenue streams, operating costs and capital requirements for doing this?

Our goal is rapid business development.  This approach maximizes the impact of the resources available - be that human or financial capital.  For fnSys-started businesses, the outcome is the launch of a business with the potential to stand on its own.  For client companies the outcome may be more focused:  developing a strategy, business model, and/or business plan; launching a fundraising effort; or performing an architecture review and/or leading a development effort.
